SUN-BIMINI SUNSHADE:  Enjoy and extend the time spent outdoors in a healthy, comfortable environment with our patented sun bimini sun shade. The sun bimini is lightweight and provides infinite shading abilities with an easy to reach adjustable knob. Brighten up the pool or beach areas with any of our four styles. There are many beautiful colors available to match any decor. The Sun-Biminis fold down and are stackable for easy convenient storage. Approximate weight per unit is 8-12 lbs.

WIND RESISTANCE: The sun bimini sunshade can withstand high wind loads of up to 35 MPH. Although each location experiences different weather patterns, individual properties must assess their maximum wind conditions.

STACKING/STORING: The sun bimini sunshade can be stacked and stored normally along with the lounge chairs, typically 10-14 chairs per stack.

ALUMINUM FRAME: The sun bimini sunshade frame is made of top quality aluminum offering superior strength to weight ratios. It is as thick as commercial lounge chair framing. Our powder coating applications provide a trouble free, cosmetically appealing finish for years to come. The fittings are heavy-duty marine quality Nylon and UV protected to withstand the sun, salt, rain, weather and commercial use.

FABRIC: The sun bimini sunshade utilizes the best fabric for commercial outdoor resort properties in the harshest environments. Sunbrella Marine or Firesist provide excellent color retention in the sun and salt areas. Since the fabric is essentially waterproof, it is easy to clean and resists mold and mildew providing years of attractive service. Logos can be applied to the bimini to further customize the look.

HARDWARE/CLAMPS: The sun bimini sunshade clamps and hardware are made out of powder coated cast aluminum and stainless steel, respectively. Superior strength and durability contribute to the BIMINIS success within the resort industry.

ADJUSTMENT: The sun bimini sunshade is easily adjusted from a seated position offering an infinite degree of varying shade throughout the day. Since an individuals needs change as does the suns angle during the day, the BIMINI can be adjusted to meet the demand simply by turning an ergonomically located Thumb Screw.

SERVICE FLAGS: The SERVICE FLAGS are heavy duty, attractive and made out of the same materials as our BIMINIS providing years of attractive service. They may either be attached to the BIMINI or the lounge chair or placed in the sand. As with the BIMINI, LOGOS are normally applied for further customization and personalization.

CUSHIONS: Our CUSHIONS are ultra plush, ergonomically designed to provide maximum comfort and durability. Using compartmentization with Dacron, the persons weight is distributed throughout the cushion providing ultimate comfort. At 5 inches thick, the super plush cushion allows the individual to feel as though they are lying on a cloud. Although offered in 4 fabrics, Sunbrella Marine or furniture grade, Firesist, and Textelene we strongly suggest Marine & Firesist due to the durability and water repellency. After a strong rain the water beads up like wax and rolls off of the cushion keeping it dry.

DOUBLE CABANAS: Our DOUBLE CABANAS are made of Number 1 – Dense Pressure Treated Wood, Corrosion resistant hardware and machined into a beautiful double chaise lounge with attached side table. A decorative, durable Cabana Hood attaches to the Lounge to provide a cozy, private retreat for guests. Can be combined with our weatherproof cushions ensuring a truly special experience. Available options include wheels and a 4 layer varnish. Best served in beach environments and is a great RENTAL item. This unit can easily create a “Romance Package“ and be combined with F & B services as Fruit Plates, water, and other beverages. Also available as SINGLE CHAISE LOUNGES.

RETURNS

Return Policy / Warranty Returns
All Skys the Limit manufactured products are warranted against manufacturing defects for one year from date of purchase. Products not manufactured by Skys the Limit are covered by the products manufacturer. This warranty does not cover transportation costs to us nor does it cover a product subjected to misuse or accidental damage. Within this period we will repair or replace any item at our discretion, without charge. Customers are responsible for shipping any warranty repair / replacement item back, insured, and are responsible for return shipping fees. We will ship the warranty repairs / replacements by Common Carrier, UPS Ground, or FEDEX Ground at no charge.

Customers must call our technical line for assistance with troubleshooting to rule out the possibility of human error. If it is determined that the unit is, in fact, defective, a return authorization number must be acquired in order to return the product. Units that are returned without authorization may be subject to shipping charges incurred if the unit is not found defective.

A detailed explanation of the item's defect and a proof of purchase must accompany all warranty returns. The customer should also include their name, address, phone number, and email address (if applicable).

WARRANTY INFORMATION 

Limited Warranty
Skys the Limit 1 year limited warranty is extended by Skys the Limit to the original purchaser and applies to all products manufactured by Skys the Limit Florida, maintained with usual care in ordinary home use.

What We Will Do
If your Skys the Limit product fails structurally , (broken frame, parts, etc.) or if the finish peels or blisters within one year from the date of purchase, we will replace, repair or refinish the frame in the original color and style, if available, or in a similar color and style if the original has been discontinued.

Not Covered by Warranty
Products used in commercial installations.
Any failure caused by neglect and unreasonable or abusive use.
Acts of nature including fire, wind, flood, and freeze damage.
Consumers' failure to provide the necessary care and maintenance.
Normal fading, discoloration, and stretching of fabrics or upholstery material.
Stains due to contact with tanning lotions or other chemicals.
Scratching and chipping resulting from normal wear and tear.
Non-proprietary items i.e. glass tops, acrylic tops or cushion fills.
Skys the Limit shall not be held responsible for loss of use, time, inconvenience, packaging, travel, etc., or other consequential or incidental damages. Some states do not allow the exclusion of limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights which may vary from state to state.

Cancellation Policy:
All Skys the Limit products are custom manufactured to your order and specifications. Cancellation of orders will not be accepted without written authorization from the factory. No cancellations will be accepted after order is in production without being subjected to a 25% restocking fee.

Damage
Once the goods have been shipped to the carrier, Skys the Limit responsibility ceases. Any item damaged after that point will be the responsibility of the carrier or customer. If a customer receives damaged items directly from Skys the Limit, they should contact us immediately. Claims for damaged goods will only be accepted within 48 hours of delivery.
